Delete your Gaanit account & data

Gaanit is a free educational games app for children aged 5–10. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, using either method below.

Option 1 — Delete inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open Gaanit.
  2. Tap the 👨‍👩‍👧 parent button in the top-left of the home screen.
  3. Pass the short parental gate (a simple check to confirm an adult).
  4. On the Account screen, tap “Delete all my data” and confirm.

Your account and all cloud data are deleted immediately when you confirm.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app (for example, you switched devices), email support@gaanit.com from any address and ask us to delete your account. We action verified requests within 7 days.

What is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove all of the following:

What is kept

Nothing that identifies you or your child is retained. Gaanit never collects a real name, email, phone number, location, photos or advertising identifiers, so there is no personal profile to keep. Any diagnostic analytics is aggregated, not tied to your identity, and is purged within 30 days.

Note

Uninstalling the app removes the on-device copy of your data but does not delete the cloud backup — use one of the two methods above to delete the cloud copy.
